Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for an Exchange of products you purchased, the shipping charge is NON refundable, the customer is responsible for the returning shipping charge.
Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please email as soon as you receive the goods with your order number. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer’s error are subject to 30% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
